When Robert Beale left his job in corporate America 20 years ago, he started his own business installing and servicing fire extinguishers and systems throughout Isle of Wight county. When he wanted to retire and pass the business on, Filament had to find a person who wanted to build on what Robert had built at Windsor Fire Extinguisher Sales and Service and was willing to hop right into Robert’s seat. Solo-preneurships need just the right person to fill a founder’s shoes. Adam Davis, an Air Force Veteran and logistics manager was looking to build a family business to make money, keep his teen boys out of trouble and serve his community. With several months of training from Robert, Adam has started building and growing his American Dream.
